Cancellation Policy

At TheBrownSkin(ANKIALBERT PRODUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED), we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which an order may be cancelled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped/dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@brownskin.store with your Order ID.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable) after delivery.

3. Cancellation by TheBrownSkin

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Payment issues
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Incomplete or incorrect customer information

In such cases, the customer will be informed, and a full refund (if paid) will be processed.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restriction of COD facility for future purchases.
